I've been in the Springs now for about 17 years and have used O'Briens several times for our flooring needs. This last project, which involved our 30 year old hardwood floors, took place this past week and we couldn't be more pleased and impressed. The floors were tired when we moved in 7 years ago and very critical when I contacted O'Briens for re-sanding and finishing. We cleared the floors and left town for a week. Their crew started the work on schedule that Monday and finished that Friday. These folks have consistently exceeded my expectations.
